InMoDo offers technology for a new type of customer-to-business communication, where the customer can interact with advertisements, posters, products, magazine covers – even logotypes – through pictures taken using camera phones, without any particular software application in the handset.

When the image is sent by MMS to a server, InMoDo's visual recognition software recognizes the object and can, e.g., link the customer to a webpage adapted for mobile phones. This way, the customer can easily get access to on-line information and offers like coupons or vouchers, invitations to competitions, tickets, ringtones etc. The customer simply

1. Takes a snapshot of the ad, poster, magazine or logotype.
2. Sends the picture to a short MMS number.
3. Gets an SMS or MMS with a link to the webpage.
